Qualifications

Marketing and Social Media Specialist – Part Time *A mixture of onsite for filming and remote. 20 hours a week required.

MedSpa Investments helps people see a difference in themselves through medical spa treatments and experiences.

• We are looking for a fun, outgoing, creative, social media specialist who is comfortable in a professional medical environment. We want you to help run and grow our various social accounts — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter and more — by telling the story of our Medical Spa.
• We need you to be creative, brainstorm content and plan social media including the overall social media strategy which is to include a minimum of five video/posts a week on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube posts etc.

Qualifications

• You will be one of the ‘faces’ at our Medical facility, engaging with our online communities as well as with our patients in office when filming. This role will respond to all follower comments and engage with the community including potential influencers.
• You will also work closely with staff to help write posts and administer posts on all platforms.
• You will gather photo and video content of medical procedures, before and after pics, staff spontaneous pic and videos etc., during regular business hours.

• Have a working knowledge of basic marketing concepts
• Have an artistic eye for and good understanding of filters and what will get posts noticed
• Understand how social media can be used to tell the story and grow a brand locally
• Can’t go anywhere without stopping to take a photo for Instagram
• Comfortable around needles and blood
• Have more followers on Instagram than you can count
• Love connecting with people in person and online and provide excellent customer service
• Have no fear of jumping into any situation to get the perfect shot
• Is comfortable and disciplined enough to work outside and inside the office
• Are open to feedback because you want to be great at what you do and be admired for the growth of followers you achieve for us
• Love learning new things and are constantly trying to improve your skills

Required competencies:

• Minimum one to three years of relevant, hands-on experience in social media content creation and in growing a local following
• Customer service experience
• Strong verbal communication and writing skills
• Excellent research skills to learn about the treatments you’ll be promoting so you can indeed write about them
• Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and time management skills
• Have a growth as you’re number one goal mindset
