Medquest Ltd Hiring for Accounting Specialist Job at New York, NY Full Time

We are seeking an Accounting specialist to support our Finance and Accounting team for two related businesses. Must have 3+ years relevant experience dealing with FULL CYCLE Accounts Receivable This will involve communicating with clients about open balances on their accounts, sending invoices and statements, researching discrepancies in payments, and assisting the Controller and other accounting staff in AR and AP-related work, including some data entry and database maintenance.

Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities

• Full cycle Accounts Receivable
• Maintain client and vendor information as well as set up new client and vendor profiles
• Collect payments from clients and accurately record in ERP system
• Bank reconciliations
• Support controller with miscellaneous tasks and projects
• Generating some financial reports

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related industry
• 3+ years experience
• Strong Communication and written skills
• Strong Excel Skills
• Attention to detail

The AR clerk will work closely with Finance, Operations and bookkeeping staff in a casual small office environment.

Work Remotely
