JOB SUMMARY
MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a South Florida Top Workplace, is currently hiring a Director of Talent Acquisition to support our corporate office in Sunrise. The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the recruitment lifecycle while being a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and providing an exceptional candidate experience. In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop a team that sources and hires a broad range of positions. We are looking for a positive and driven individual who has experience scaling a growing organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and drive strategies to create a robust talent pipeline for unique and scalable positions
· Uncover top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, campus, professional organizations, networking, and employee referrals
· Proactively source, screen, and hire qualified candidates
· Develop and deliver an excellent candidate experience to all applicants
· Build solid relationships and partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs to source and deliver top talent
· Provide coaching and development to the Talent Acquisition Team
· Establish, maintain and achieve performance metrics
· Work within Salesforce Applicant Tracking System
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
· 5+ years’ experience managing and overseeing a talent acquisition team
· Proven track record of developing and implementing scaling practices for a growing organization
· Salesforce experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written; with the ability to work effectively with employees, applicants, and external contacts
· Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office and ATS experience
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· Ability to establish collaborative relationships, demonstrate initiative, and perform as a team player
· Strong listening and communication skills
· Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
· Ability to anticipate and adapt to rapidly changing, growth-oriented environment
· Ability and capacity to successfully prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
