Responsibilities :
Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures;
Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment and recruitment strategies are effective;
Oversee recruitment process for assigned areas, alongside global Talent Acquisition team;
Manage and lead HR staff throughout Europe to support various countries;
Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues;
Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision making;
Design and conduct exit interviews;
Facilitate terminations;
Conduct employee and management trainings;
Support various European countries for all HR activities; and
Manage projects and HR staff to ensure proper HR support for organization
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree required;
At least 10 years of HR experience with a focus in HR Business Partnering and/or Employee Relations;
Talent Acquisition experience is a plus
Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or CRO experience is a plus.
