Are you a passionate and self-motivated Learning & Development professional looking for a new role? Have you worked within a Global business previously and are happy taking on a Fixed Term Contract role to cover maternity? If so, please get in touch.
I’m partnering with a professional services client looking for a Learning & Development Manager to the support the Head of L&D to design and deliver group wide learning programmes and interventions with a focus on developing skills and nurturing talent within the business.
You will be tasked with delivering engaging solutions to the learners though a variety of channels. These programmes should underpin the values and behaviours of company culture, support skill development and align all learning for colleagues to performance improvement. This person will be accountable for the Performance Development Cycle and reporting.
