This position is responsible for maintaining the product inventory systems to ensure products meet the requirements for distribution, in compliance with Health Canada regulations and Medline procedures. This position is also responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and product availability within the warehouse.

Essential Functions:
Conducts daily routine cycle counts and investigates any discrepancies

Coordinates with the cycle counting team to ensure counts are accurate and timely

Reconciles discrepancies from cycle counts in WMS

Organize products, converting mixed bins to single item bins

Physically handle product on a daily basis

Consolidate and organize materials using consolidation reports and WMS software

Ensures only acceptable products are released for distribution

Completes all activities and documentation, accurately, and in a timely basis in compliance with GMP and company procedures

Qualifications:
Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role

High school education required

Post-secondary degree in supply chain management or related degree considered an asset

Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong listening and problem resolution skills; strong organizational skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with dedication to meeting deadlines.

High sense of urgency and customer service

Previous SAP experience considered an asset

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, ex: excel, and word

Strong proficiency in MHE

Safety conscious with the ability to operate material handling equipment (not limited to motorized forklifts) and lift up to 50 lbs in weight
