The Team:

As the CEO Assistant, you will work closely with the leadership team and be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Assist in drafting and editing executive-level documents, emails, and communications.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Perform general administrative tasks to ensure the CEO’s office operates efficiently.

Technical Tasks:

• Complete technical tasks that require an understanding of IT and various IT related tools.
• Research and evaluate new software, tools, and technologies that can enhance productivity.
• Create and maintain documentation for technology-related processes and procedures.

Project Management:

• Manage and coordinate special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct research, gather data, and prepare s to support decision-making.

Communication and Liaison:

• Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO.
• Manage and prioritize emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Strategic Support:

• Assist in strategic planning, including goal-setting, performance metrics, and long-term objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, communication, marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
• Strong technical proficiency and aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

Logistics:

• This is a fully remote, full time, salaried position. All equipment needed to perform the role will be provided.
