Medisolv, Inc Hiring for Clinical Quality Advisor – Remote Job at Columbia, MD Full Time

The Clinical Quality Advisor develops subject matter expertise to provide guidance and support to Medisolv clients using the ENCOR application for Hospital Abstracted Measures. The Clinical Advisor uses their knowledge and resources of the Hospital Abstracted Measures to assist clients with use and education of the ENCOR Hospital Abstracted Measures application. In addition, the Clinical Advisor educates the client concerning TJC and CMS Reporting processes as well as eligibility requirements for meeting each of the various reporting programs applicable to the facility. The Clinical Quality Advisor provides on-going support and education as well as support related to issues and questions concerning the ENCOR Hospital Abstracted Measures solution. The successful candidate is thorough, a self-starter, and utilizes mentoring from senior staff to become an integral team member of the ENCOR Hospital Abstracted Measures team.

Essential Functions:

• Provides excellent customer service support for ENCOR Hospital Abstracted Measures clients; Responsible for follow-up and communication between internal users and external entities
• Provide issue management in a supportive customer-driven environment
• Work with Engineering to conduct software testing integrating existing and future CMS/TJC specifications to ensure quality and workflow within the product prior to release.
• Monitors performance and analyzes trends in participant performance
• Manage requirements gathering and communication surrounding government regulations and client related changes
• Responsible for file creation and submission of required data to CMS and The Joint Commission
• Communication of requirements and interactions with developers, both locally and off-shore
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance own job skills, knowledge, and professional growth
• Provide training via web-based presentations and/or customer onsite visits.
• Assist the Client Services team on support issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer science, informatics or related field or a comparable level of experience and education
• Minimum of three years Quality Assurance/Clinical/Hospital experience
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively with employees and departments across the company to manage internal and external customer relationships.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Core Measures, TJC, and CMS processes and practices
• Location is Medisolv Corporate Headquarters; Remote candidates are considered and encouraged to apply.
