MediPro Limited Hiring for MIS & Quality Administrator – Education and Training Job at Stockton-on-Tees, England Full Time

MediPro are currently recruiting for an experienced MIS and Quality Administrator to join our apprenticeships team. We are looking for an independent, self-managed and self-motivated professional to join us on a permanent basis. This position is suitable for someone who likes to keep busy at work and is looking for the challenge and autonomy needed to be effective.

You will play a key role and work closely with MediPro’s management team responsible for the learning and development administration, including the day-to-day processing of our MIS and Quality systems. The post holder must facilitate excellent customer service and perform duties as assigned to ensure a comprehensive, high-quality service at all times.

The Role – Key Tasks

• Facilitate excellent customer service, in person and on the telephone, always ensuring a high quality and positive client and student experience
• Communicate with MediPro colleagues, trainers, external agencies, and partners to provide and receive routine information and share information at appropriate levels whilst maintaining confidentiality
• Process students onto apprenticeship programmes and ensure successful enrolment, registrations, and activity schedules
• Submit all paperwork at the required timescales to meet ESFA, quality assurance processes and contractual requirements
• Support with the tracking of student progress from initial programme development and approval through to enrolment, delivery, end point assessment, highlight any issues and chase progress across and collation of data
• Manage MIS and CRM systems to collect and update information accurately to reflect the associated paperwork and activity, and in line with processes
• Make sure all paperwork is processed in a timely manner to meet internal claim deadlines and with any external partners deadlines
• Ensure that KPI’s are achieved within personal/team targets
• Register learners with the relevant awarding body and End Point Assessment Organisation
• Ensure that exams are booked correctly, and certificates are claimed and sent in a timely manner. Assist with awarding body requirements.
• Process destination and job outcomes for learning programmes
• Support the undertaking of student and service evaluation for all programmes including development and distribution of evaluative surveys
• Work in line with GDPR policies
• To undertake any other administrative duties and responsibilities for ESFA and training provision appropriate to the level of responsibility, as determined by the management team

Essential Experience:

• Recent experience of working in an educational environment, and knowledge of ESFA administration, ideally within apprenticeships
• Familiar with compliance requirements of the ESFA in terms of paperwork completion and assessment of learners and eligibility
• Maintenance of the required auditable evidence required under the ESFA/ESF funding rules
• Accurate completion of paperwork
• Computer literate in Word, Excel, and Internet
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Target driven
• A commitment to Equality of Opportunity, Prevent and Safeguarding of learners
• Methodical approach to paperwork
• Good level of education to O-Level/GCSE or equivalent in English Language
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to maintain and update MIS database(s)
• Clear understanding of the need to uphold confidentiality always
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Ability to prioritise and plan own workload

Desirable:

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 Business Administration (or equivalent)
• Use of Bud MIS apprenticeships system
