Job Description
We are looking for motivated Medical Assistants to work with us!
responsibilities include entering patient data into files, maintaining a database of records, scheduling appointments for patients, and collecting information for patient health assessments online or over the phone.
Performing primary care duties remotely
Follow all privacy policies and maintain the confidentiality of protected health information.
Assist patients throughout the day as needed.
Complete tasks that are assigned to you
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Certified Medical Assistant or similar certification.
Demonstrates excellent active listening, written, verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills.
Possesses outstanding problem solving skills.
Possesses superior time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Willingness to ask questions to speed on-the-job learning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responds positively to change, showing willingness to learn new ways to accomplish tasks.
Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience a plus.
