Role Description

This is a part-time remote Healthcare Assistant role. The Healthcare Assistant will be responsible for providing patient care, administering medicine, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. The Healthcare Assistant will also need to have excellent interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Manual Handling and Health & Safety skills
• Experience in or willingness to learn patient care and medicine administration
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or related field
• Experience working with diabetic patients is a plus
• Basic understanding of Medicare policies and procedures is beneficial
