Medical Services of America Hiring for Clinical Manager Home Health at Lake Worth, FL Full Time

Community Home Health Services, a proud member of the Medical Services of America family is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as the Clinical Manager for our Home Health location in Palm Beach County, FL. There is a $5k bonus associated with this position.

Responsibilities include:

• Approves requests for services, re-certifications, add-on orders and changes.
• Oversees the scheduling of all patient services.
• Receives and approves patients re certifications and/or discharges.
• Audits physician’s modified orders for accuracy, legibility and content prior to forwarding to physician’s office for signature.
• Reviews and signs all lab s. Notifies physician of any clinical facts as the relate to the patient’s condition
• Conducts in-home supervisory visits.

Job Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of FL from an accredited school of nursing required
• Must have proper knowledge of Home Health regulations and Reimbursement
• Minimum of one-year Home Health experience required
• Minimum of two years nursing experience
• Oasis experience required.
