Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated BAMS Doctor to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or have up to two years of experience in Ayurveda. This full-time role requires a male doctor committed to providing quality patient care and promoting wellness through Ayurvedic practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Consultations: Conduct detailed consultations with patients to understand their health concerns and provide appropriate Ayurvedic treatment plans.
2. Diagnosis and Treatment: Use Ayurveda principles to diagnose health issues and recommend herbal remedies, dietary changes, and lifestyle modifications for effective healing.
3. Follow-up Care: Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal health outcomes.
4. Patient Education: Educate patients about Ayurveda, wellness practices, and preventive care to empower them in their health journey.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree and possess strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and practices. Good communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with patients and explaining treatment plans clearly. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to continuous learning and personal development in the field of Ayurveda is highly valued. Strong organizational skills to manage patient records and appointments efficiently will also be expected.
