Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Read and understand written procedures to determine appropriate actions in unusual situations.
• Communicate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
• Perform venipuncture, urine collection, and blood glucose tests.
• Assist registered nurses with routine clerical work in the lab setting.
• Be able to follow safety rules, carry out safety precautions, and unsafe conditions to a supervisor.
• Operate laboratory equipment safely.

Qualifications:

• Current Phlebotomy Certification
• BLS Certification

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour
