ACCOUNTANT

JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Medical Facilities Solutions is currently looking experienced, well-rounded and motivated Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will report directly to the CEO
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to management team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional Experience in using QuickBooks and troubleshooting
• Proficient experience in Smartsheet, Preferred
• Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
• Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or similar discipline preferred

COMPENSATION:

• Great Pay: TBD (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Physical Setting:

• Office

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• San Jose, CA 95128: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 2 years (Required)
