We are seeking an experienced healthcare talent acquisition manager for a dynamic company located in the metro east area. Qualified candidates will be expected to perform the following duties:

• Indentify, screen, and interview candidates
• Assist in researching, developing, and implementing marketing strategies
• Plan and manage recruitment and retention activities
• Manage the applicant and job requisition tracking system
• Oversee the onboarding process and develop onboarding programs and materials
• Draft job descriptions and post them on job boards and social media platforms
• Conduct criminal background checks and professional licensure verifications and arrange drug screenings
• Develop, maintain, and report HR recruitment metrics

Talent acquisition manager candidates must have:

• A minimum of five years of direct nursing, hospital, or healthcare recruiting experience (not including agency recruitment)
• Experience in building and initiating programs in a high-growth, rapidly adapting environment
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field (preferred)

This is a full-time talent acquisition manager position offering a full benefits package. Salary range is $80k-110k per year.
