Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Finance Officer to join our team and support accounts receivable, accounts payable, analytics, month end accounting and administrative duties.

Your impact

  • Process accurately all accounts receivable transactions for customers (including Group companies) in accordance with group policy and protocols
  • Process accurately all accounts payable invoices for vendors in accordance with group policy and protocols
  • Prepare and send invoices, statements, credit notes and adjustments · Review outstanding debtors and provide information to the Accounting Manager
  • Liaising with other finance team for managing the receivables, remittances, reconciliations and reporting
  • Liaising with HSS operations teams for smooth and timely processing of customer invoices as per contracts
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of process and procedures including process improvements
  • Prepare and submit periodic government reporting requirements · Facilitate and support process improvement within all financial accounting controls and procedures
  • Managing and dealing with various email and telephone inquires
  • Assist other members of the Finance team as appropriate and directed with the resolution of issues or completion of deliverable

We are looking for candidates with a one team mindset, excellent communication skills and who have a fine eye for detail. Our ideal candidate has experience in a similar role within the health industry, with exposure to managing accounts receivable and payable end to end. We are looking for candidates who also have:

  • Proficiency in excel and Microsoft office, preferably with exposure to SAP or Microsoft Dynamics Business
  • Passion for problem solving and applying critical thinking to improve outcomes
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to organise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Business or a similar discipline
