THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Recruiter for our AUNZ team, you will be an essential team member and will help to refine our Talent practice, ensure a positive candidate experience, encourage best practices, aid in attracting/sourcing rising stars across the region. You will be critical in the overall success of Media.Monks.You will be involved in all aspects of our hiring process, both strategic and tactical in order to help grow our teams while maintaining our high hiring bar. Our ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment as well as the data and digital media landscape. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as an ambassador for the Talent Discovery team both internally and externally
- Support the Talent Discovery team to ensure all candidates have a positive experience while interacting and/or interviewing with Media.Monks
- Assist our team with filtering, direct sourcing and shortlisting suitable candidates
- Coordinate and schedule candidates interviews, facilitate candidate testing and manage any corresponding candidate communications
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews (phone/video call) when required
- You’ll partner with hiring managers in developing job descriptions and handle posting roles to our career site
- Work collaboratively with Talent Discovery and Hiring teams to maintain accuracy and data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System – Greenhouse, as well as tracking sheets and reports
- Assist the Talent Discovery team with ongoing and/or special projects and proactively identify opportunities to improve existing processes and/or implement new ones
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 years’ experience in a relevant role
- Experience working in a creative or digital landscape preferred
- Adaptability and openness to learning and incorporating new recruiting strategies, tactics, and processes
- You’re resourceful and quick to adapt as you attract and introduce top players across verticals in our field
- You’re well versed in the marketplace and gifted at identifying strengths in applicant profiles
- You’re a definite team-playing go-getter, self-starter, navigator and networker
- You’re able to keep your head cool when things start to get warm and managing multiple tasks at once is second nature to you
- You’re confident and approachable in liaising with talented peers across our fast growing network.
- Proficiency in database management and Mac applications; Google Suite and Greenhouse experience a plus
