Metal Worker: We are currently seeking resourceful, self-motivated individuals to join our award-winning team as a general Metal Worker ! In this position you will perform various activities to do with building large display systems for our Digital LED Displays!

Days: Monday to Thursday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm, Overtime option on Fridays & Weekends.

Metal Worker Job Duties:

· Construct and fit structural components from raw aluminum material including extrusion & plate aluminum

· Lay-out, position, secure & assembly aluminum metalwork products in accordance with production drawings & standard work instructions

· Utilize CNC saws, hydraulic shears, drill presses, break presses & other metalwork tools to cut aluminum structural components as needed

· Using basic hand tool to form structural components

· Inspect & measure fabricated components to ensure that they are within the specification provided in the CAD/Solidworks drawings

· Cut & prepare metalwork components to be consumed as volume stock

· Adhere to all Company Safety related policies, procedures, & training (especially during Covid-19)

· Actively identifying continuous improvement opportunities to increase production efficiency & safety

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to interpret technical drawings of metalwork mechanical assemblies
• Experience using basic hand & power tools including drills, drill press, impact driver, glue gun & tape measure
• Must be a self-starter and the ability work independently
• Must be able to read CAD/Solidworks drawings
• Preference given to those with experience in a manufacturing environment that involved fitting and assembly
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
• Must be flexible to work extra hours when needed (overtime)
• Must be able to read and write in English

General Assembler: We are currently seeking resourceful, self-motivated individuals to join our award-winning team as a General Assembler! In this position you will perform various activities to do with building & assembling large display systems for our Digital LED Displays!

Days: Monday to Thursday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm, Overtime option on Fridays & Weekends.

General Assembler Job Duties:

• Report to production floor lead hands and supervisors
• Populate and wire electrical and electronic components including LED modules, controllers, power supplies, receiver cards, cable harnesses, etc. into various metalwork chassis assemblies
• Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, work instructions, specifications, work orders and reports. Tag and label components
• Verify dimensions and clearance of components to ensure conformance to production drawing and other specifications (after training)
• Assemble electrical or electronic systems and/or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring using rivets, bolts and other mechanical fasteners
• Utilize basic hand tools to assist with product assembly and component installation
• Constant review for component or metalwork defects and report to production lead hand.
• Actively identifying continuous improvement opportunities to increase production efficiency and safety
• Follow safety procedures and company policies, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.85-$22.50 per hour
