The Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist works under the supervision of the 1stVP of Finance & Administration on the recruiting life cycle of our Flagship unit and corporate staff. This position is fast-paced and multi-faceted, requires strong leadership and organizational skills. The Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist is responsible for sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and ing on the candidate and interview data, as well with providing administration assistance. They will serve as brand ambassador, embracing the company culture, adhering to core values, and recruiting candidates who align with such values.

Medical Recruiter and Operations Specialist

• Provide support to the Strategic Development Team in finding qualified candidates to fill vacant job positions for our Flagship units.
• Provide support to all Corporate Departments in finding qualified candidates to fill vacant or new job positions for the corporate office.
• Draft and publish position posts on various job boards.
• Manage staffing budgets for positions for different platforms and positions.
• Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate candidates based on the professional and personal credentials.
• Manage interviews via telephone or personal meetings to assess candidates for matching qualities before processing it to the hiring manager or key interview panel.
• Arrange face-to-face or video interviews with higher management.
• Assist managers in recognizing the key skills and competencies of the candidate to make the final selection of the candidate.
• on the status of the interview and selection process.
• Research and confirm the cost/salary of the employee in consultation with the management.
• Obtain required paperwork to check the background of candidates as well as employment references and review for completeness.
• Process, review, and on background checks and employment references.
• Draft, verify, and transmit approved offer letters, professional service agreements, and other necessary employment paperwork based on position.
• Complete the Employee Electronic Onboarding and Document Administration based on position.
• Communicate with new hires to ensure EOB is received and completed timely
• Receive and verify I-9 documents.
• Request and receive any education and license information as necessary for the position.
• Verify employee is processed into all systems and gain necessary accesses.
• Ensure new hire has information to register and to login for employment/payroll/timeclock websites.
• Process Malpractice submissions for practitioner positions
• Submit credentialing application and supporting documentation for insurance credentialing for practitioner positions.
• Work according to the rules, regulations, and recruitment strategies of Medi-Weightloss®.
• Suggest new approaches towards developing better recruitment policies.
• Suggest effective employee benefit schemes to enhance the organization’s effectiveness.
• Demonstrates strong project management skills, and effectively develops and monitors project work plans and team members on assigned initiatives.

Additional Job Functions

• Contribute to the human resource management and employment to maintain a good company culture.
• Demonstrate the ability to create new and innovative recruitment solutions in response to changes in the industry, strategic objectives of the company, and/or market opportunities.
• Maintain and provide detailed ing on recruitment efforts, trends, spend, retention, etc.
• Maintain a working Employee Census of each location: Employee, Position, Start Date, and Compensation.
• Flagship Employee Training: Enrollment and monitoring of Employee training on Compliance PhD for OSHA/HIPAA as part of the onboarding process.
• Serve as Liaison between clinics and corporate office, troubleshoot problems, and improve communication to facilitate growth.

Other Skills/ Abilities

• Prior Experience in medical office recruiting
• Prior experience in franchising preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Must be able to multi-task, apply critical thinking skills, and provide the highest level of customer service both internally and externally.
• Must be able to lift and carry 25+ pounds and sit for long periods of time.
• Must be confident and positive team-oriented motivated to aid an overall organizational growth.
• Ability to engage in a wide variety of business discussions and quickly learn new or complex concepts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
