Established in the Netherlands in 2020 by experienced and reputable regulatory affairs executives, MedEnvoy is a fast-growing company serving over 500 clients globally. With an ambitious goal of having over 1,000 clients by the end of the year, we are building a team in the United States to support our growing client base in North America.

What we do
We help medical device and in vitro diagnostic manufacturers meet regulations in Europe, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Today we provide support via our regulatory Importer and Authorized Representation service, allowing our clients to maintain control over compliance in their distribution supply chain. Our goal is to become the trusted leading firm in the MedTech industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development teams to develop strategies and implement campaigns for sales generation
• Gain a deep understanding of our target audiences and their content consumption habits
• Create compelling and integrated marketing programs across multiple platforms to increase sales and enhance brand awareness
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Manage SEO, website optimization, and email campaigns
• Collaborate with web developers to optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to create blog posts, white papers, videos, email campaigns, landing pages, and sales presentations
• Track and the outcomes of marketing programs to the Marketing Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience in marketing management
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Adobe Photoshop, SEO, and Data Analytics
• Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring marketing attribution
• Exceptional project management abilities with a diverse background in various marketing funnels
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Growth mindset with a willingness to embrace change and foster a “can-do” attitude
• Collaborative team player and self-starter
• Creative thinker with a focus on achieving big-picture results
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of company leadership
