The Registrar will provide operational management over the Registrar’s office and ensure student record integrity and compliance for all MedCerts’ students. The Registrar will be responsible for maintaining internal and external processes for student transcripts, verification letters, and Awards of Completion. The Registrar will also be responsible for creating reports to assist in generating and maintaining Academic and Business Partnerships. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining and updating all program guides shared with students at the time of enrollment and take ownership in the creation of documents and processes related to Student and Academic Affairs.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate subject matter expertise and high-level proficiency in maintaining student records. Candidates should be knowledgeable in areas related to career and certification training and serve as a resource for guidance to Student Success Advisors. The Registrar will also work alongside the Product team to ensure the creation of academic related materials, required for the successful launch of new programs and programmatic updates.
