Position: Data Analyst

Location: California but 100% Remote

Duration: Through EOY 2023, possible extension

Role Overview:

This role will support our client’s care delivery operations team. Both N California and S California have care coordination and our client is looking for a data analyst to help state alignment. This data analyst will help align ing and how they assess and monitor operational performance between N and S California.

This role is imbedded in the operational team. They will serve as a translator between operational teams and analytics teams. They will need to outline business requirements and inform how a dashboard should be built to the analytics/data engineering team. They will guide dashboard development, infrastructure and ing models, operational planning, organization of metrics.

As part of our clinical support team, you will be a key component in customer satisfaction and have a responsibility to make every contact informative, productive and positive.

• Care coordination background
• Risk stratification experience
• Experience communicating business objectives
• Experience outlining infrastructure and ing models
• Kaiser Permanente experience is a plus
