Mechdyne Corporation Hiring for Accounting Manager Job at Marshalltown, IA Full Time

At Mechdyne, we are teammates, who work together to enable discovery across the globe. As an Accounting Manager at Mechdyne, you will manage the Finance Department while also working closely with our Executive Team to report on monthly, quarterly and annual financial analysis.

Other responsibilities include:

• Supervise financial staff
• Directs monthly general ledger closing and financial reporting process
• Supports Leadership with strategic plan, annual budget process and financial forecasting
• Prepares monthly balance sheet account reconciliation
• Provides management with financial analysis of monthly results
• Supports finance department and divisional management in reviewing cost reduction initiatives
• Responsible for bank relations which include wire transfers and statement reconciliation
• Provides additional financial analysis as required to drive profit improvement
• Coordinates information support to external auditors

Qualifications:

• Licensure as Certified Public Account
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
• 7-10 years accounting and management experience preferred
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Distinctive problem solver with excellent analytical skills
• Relatable and adaptable communication skills
