MECCA Brands Hiring for International Brand Manager at Richmond, Victoria, Australia Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity available for an International Brand Manager to work exclusively on MECCA’S own brand portfolio’s international expansion, focusing on the evolvement and development of our renowned and loved MECCA COSMETICA range.

This role is truly unique, giving you the opportunity to support COSMETICA’S international retail trading strategy, through collaboration and partnering with our leaders within Marketing & PR, Product Development and Operations, providing you the exposure to understand the business end to end, and to make game changing impact to drive commerciality and consumer loyalty for COSMETICA.

The Role You Could Play

As our International Brand Manager supporting the UK expansion for MECCA COSMETICA, you will be responsible for ensuring the D2C strategy is appropriately supported and set up for success by leveraging the existing infrastructure of MECCA but most importantly exploring new ways of working and new operating models. You will use commercial insights and external trends to identify key market opportunities, on potential risks and will work closely with ours Brand team to ensure consistency across campaign and development and to drive global marketing activations and promotional activities.

You will also be responsible for:

• Overseeing COSMETICA European operations (management of stock positioning, overseeing product pipelines and 3PL performance
• Management of UK D2C (Management of COSMETICA Ecommerce site through collaboration with freelances as well as managing communication channels to European based customers
• sales analysis and ing into the Head of MECCA COSMETICA and wider team
• delivery and execution of all UK COSMETICA brand marketing initiatives including partnerships, promotional activity and potential collaborations, as well as coordinating and operationalizing Marketing calendar. This will require close collaboration with the Community team.

What You Will Bring

We are searching for an experienced brand operator who embodies the entrepreneurial spirit of our team and demonstrates positive and growth mindset. This is a highly dynamic role, that requires flexibility to work on different projects based off business directive, so a passion for brand development, problem solving and ability to juggle multiple projects across different areas of the business will absolutely set the successful candidate up for success!

In addition, we are looking for:

• 5+ years’ brand or marketing experience with an understanding of numerical insights and strong commercial acumen
• Exposure in driving brand development operations within international market preferred
• Ability to think on your feet, push boundaries and introduce new ways of working
• Manage multiple stakeholders (and their feedback) at any one time to process pathways forward
• Knowledge of digital, beauty and fashion desirable
