MECCA Brands Hiring for Financial Business Partner at Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Full Time

We have an incredible opportunity available for a Supply Chain Financial Business Partner to join our ever-growing Commercial Finance Team!

The Role You Could Play:

Partnering closely with our Supply Chain Leadership team, day to day you will be responsible for providing high quality financial ing and analysis, engaging with department stakeholders to provide financial insights, reviewing department & project performance, and leveraging insights to influence commercial outcomes that will maximize company returns for MECCA.

You will be involved in but not limited to:

• Providing ing and analysis on an ongoing basis, identifying key cost trends across labour, freight and other general expenses to support the Supply Chain leadership team with portfolio management and strategy
• Partner with the Supply Chain leadership team to provide insights, commentary, and undertake analysis based on KPIs and operational metrics to assist with strategic business decisions
• Develop budgets and manage forecasts for all elements that affect Supply Chain costs
• Work closely with the wider Commercial Finance team to understand strategic updates in other areas of MECCA and consider commercial and financial impacts to Supply Chain
• Undertaking business case reviews for capital expenditure, ensure execution of capex plan, and monitor future benefits post go-live
• ​Continue to drive improvements in ing and managing accruals to ensure accuracy and speed of financial ing

What You Will Bring:

You will be able to demonstrate extensive analytical and financial ing experience preferably gained within the Supply Chain function in a retail/consumer goods industry.

As a forward thinker, you work well with ambiguity and have a holistic view with demonstrated experienced working within a dynamic, changing environment as part of a growing business.

You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

• Highly commercial, with a strong understanding of business practices beyond pure accounting
• Demonstrated experience building strong and trusted stakeholder relationships
• Ability to interpret and provide insights from various data sources
• Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities particularly Excel
• SQL, TM1 and Data mining capabilities and experience in Tableau will be highly regarded but not essential
