MECCA Brands Hiring for Digital Producer at Richmond, Victoria, Australia Full Time

The Role You Could Play:

As MECCA’s in-house Digital Producer, you will be the go-to for capturing, editing and producing video masterclasses for both internal and customer-facing channels as part of MECCA’s digital education offer.

Working closely with the rest of the Education Team, you will assist with the creation of informative masterclasses that feature experts from both MECCA and our brand partners. You will be involved in video strategy to film, edit and produce regular video masterclasses that thousands of team members and millions of customers see and experience every day.

With a strong delivery component to the role, a significant portion of time will be spent developing, filming and editing videos with Masterclasses predominately being filmed at the MECCA office in Richmond, or local MECCA stores across Melbourne, however there may need to travel to capture content with brand partners located in other Australian cities or internationally.

What You Will Bring:

You will have proven experience in business partnering on multimedia projects, end-to-end multimedia production and motion graphics. You will have a passion for beauty, fashion, digital and lifestyle and enjoy combining your creative flair with strategic thinking, commercial and educational considerations.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

• Proficient in marketing standard video editing, Adobe Pro and the full Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of cinema cameras or similar and the ability to work with external lighting
• Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace
• Organised and high attention-to-detail with strong tactical execution
• Highly resourceful, collaborative and able to work cross functionally
• Ability and flexibility to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to traffic manage video production requests, keep stakeholders informed of progress
• Still photography or animation skills will be a bonus

This role will suit someone who is collaborative, autonomous, able to manage multiple projects at once and is looking to immerse themselves in the world of beauty education.
