The Role You Could Play

In this role, you will support the execution of the yearly campaign calendar by ensuring that all marketing promotions and activities are developed to meet the needs of our customers, brands, categories and business goals.

You’ll be joining a passionate, winning team with key responsibilities that include:

• Work with Brands and Buying teams to decipher business priorities, focus brands and products to build into Marketing Campaigns
• Support the briefing process for Marketing Campaigns to the broader marketing teams
• Monitor and analyse global trends and industry activity to identify key opportunities for marketing activity
• Partner with key cross functional stakeholders to assist in the creation of 360 marketing campaigns
• Develop marketing campaign ing to share internally and with brand partners
• Manage outreach and coordination of monthly campaign samples and brand assets
• Manage and updating marketing & promotional calendars, timelines and managing adherence to key deadlines

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar
• Experience in, or a strong passion for and understanding of, the beauty industry and market landscape
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, confidence to express ideas and creative thinking
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence to work with cross-functional internal and external teams
• Strong organisational skills and timeline management
• Eagerness to learn and develop within marketing industry
• The ability to prioritize and work under pressure to deliver to multiple stakeholders, manage expectations and influence outcomes
