What You Have:

• Ability to lead, execute and manage strategies, programs, policies and processes related to the acquisition of talent to meet our current and future workforce needs.
• Post and advertise open positions both internally and externally using a variety of media, sources and technologies including talent events and activities to attract potential candidates.
• Ability to assess and plan for the talent needs of the business through partnership with Managers and Leadership.
• Responsible for tracking and reporting on the progress of open positions, providing updates on key recruiting performance metrics; recommending and implementing ideas for improvement and effectiveness of the recruiting efforts.
• Ability to support MEB’s growth by assisting in talent acquisition activities required for mergers, acquisitions and property/portfolio take-overs.
• Ability to coordinate with hiring manager’s to schedule timely candidate interviews, evaluate and select candidates, determine offer specifics and prepare and extend offers to selected candidates.
• Ability to provide innovative and effective recruitment solutions to elevate the caliber of talent accessible to MEB.
• Ability to recommend and propose the implementation of technologies and systems to optimize the effectiveness of MEB’s recruiting and hiring practices, manage applicant tracking and flow, deliver a positive candidate experience and promote the MEB brand.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related field and/or equivalent experience in HR, preferably in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Three or more years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition with focus on end-to-end recruiting processes, interviewing and evaluating candidates, managing the overall candidate experience and coordinating with Managers on hiring decisions.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills as well as written communication skills necessary for creating policy statements, recruiting brochures and collateral material as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with outside partners, vendors and other contacts, and all levels of employees.
• Proficient with Google suite, (Drive, Docs, Sheets etc.)
• Experience in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting technologies

Salary Range: DOE

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
