About You
We’re looking for a customer service supervisor to deliver an exceptional consumer experience. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Customer Service, Head of Product, and a team of excellent external customer service agents. This role has the unique challenge of supporting a multitude of brands on Mealogic each with varied consumer experiences. You will be responsible for managing escalations, quality assurance review, and maintaining FAQ materials. This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the US. The role is a contract position for 3 months with an option to stay full-time evaluated 2 weeks before the end of the contract period.
