Join an innovative digital marketing team working across various marketing channels (Paid Search, Display, Re-targeting, SEO/organic, email) using a sophisticated marketing tech stack to achieve business goals. The Digital Marketing Analyst is accountable for managing and developing actionable intelligence and insights to support decision-making for digital marketing channel managers and leadership. This role finds the ‘story’ behind the data – what’s working, what’s not, where opportunities exist, and challenges to be addressed. This is not a remote position and is onsite in Boca Raton, Florida. After successful completion you are eligible for a hybrid structure.

Responsibilities:

• Creation and Maintenance of Analytics: Develops, implements, and manages overarching marketing analytics by working with internal stakeholders to understand data sources, processes and KPIs, and campaign strategies to build dashboards, s, and tools to help effectively track these measures for outcomes.
• Analytics Story Telling: Collaborates with internal stakeholders to pull the story out of the analytics, moving beyond numbers to what the data is telling us – so that it can be actioned to make impactful business decision making. Analyzes complex data sets to drive awareness, conversion, growth and revenue.
• Data, Attribution and ing Systems Management: Serves as the central expert for data, attribution and ing systems management, with the ability to gather the full story using various analytic systems, while managing the accuracy and accessibility of the data. These include, but are not limited to Power BI, Google Analytics, Salesforce, MS SQL Data Warehouse, and Marketo Analytics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications, Statistics/Mathematics or Economics, or equivalent combination of advanced training/education or relevant experience where two years related experience equals one year of schooling. Related experience assumes a similar corporate role focused on Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics or Digital Media Management. Three years marketing experience in a comparable role working in a team environment using a complex CRM application is required.
Required Experience and Skills:

• Ability to communicate complex findings in a structured and clear manner to a non-technical audience.
• Experience using and managing data visualization / BI ing tools such as Power BI (preferred) or Tableau to support the creation of actionable analytics.
• Experience with digital marketing data sources and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in data quality concepts, best practices, and tools/technologies.
• Experience in data management through the utilization of programmatic languages such as SQL, Excel, and/or graphical interfaces through marketing specific technology.
• Demonstrates good analysis, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Thrives in a team environment and demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills that enables collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Has a high functioning ability to understand and learn new technology, systems, or software easily. Has intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Experience as an active member of a data governance program
• Sufficient technical skills to monitor and challenge the deliverables of IT teams.
• Good project management skills, to guide data quality improvement projects.
• Strong technical writing skills, documentation abilities, and ability to create process flowcharts.
• Experience managing large datasets in different formats such as Excel, Access, SQL database, online sources, data warehouses, etc.
• Experience with business intelligence, ETL and data visualization platforms such as PowerBI (Preferred), Tableau, Domo, etc. Power BI certificate is highly desired.
