MDI Hiring for Digital Fields Specialist at West Virginia Full Time

Overview:

Responsible for the implementation, training, and operational support of MDI digital programs (ecommerce,
loyalty, and coupons)

**Must be located in or willing to relocate to: West Virgina, Pennsylvania, Ohio or Maryland**:

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with retailers to implement digital programs
• Provides retailer training on all digital programs either onsite or online
• Works with store owners and management to achieve budgeted sales goals for eCommerce
• Works with store management to maximize customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies (scheduling,

productivity, POS systems, etc.)

• Provide specific departmental operations expertise with loyalty and digital coupons
• Coordinates, supports, and verifies training for operational support of Evolve digital programs
• Coordinates/supports new store openings, personal Shopper training, local marketing plans, sources new

customers

• Provides extensive off-hours support for new digital service installations as scheduled by the supervisor
• Ensures desired shopper service levels are achieved
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
• Assists in migrating new MDI retailer with existing ecommerce, loyalty, or digital coupons

Qualifications:

• Possess knowledge gained through a bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3 years’ experience.
• Experience in implementing ecommerce platforms preferred
• Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to meet deadlines and extensive overnight travel
