MCT Technology delivers the only end to end solution to revolutionize early learning experience for both schools and parents. Our digital school attendance app, child observation / assessment app, online school payment management system and learning analytics tool help teachers and school administrators focus on children’s education rather than administration.

As part of our intern program, you will work directly with our product team on producing actionable insights on our products and systems. You must have a background in a technical or education field, learn quickly, take on new challenges and have some experience driving decisions from analyzing information collected from multiple sources (sales, support, informational interviews, surveys, A/B testing…etc). We’re looking for people who are energetic and innovative, those without, need not apply. Recent Graduates are welcome! Training is provided.
Requirements:

• Candidate must have interest in Technology
• A.A / B.A. Degree or currently working towards one
• Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbal interactions.
• Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications
• Attention to detail and proactive at executing task.
• Analytical skills: Assess Issue, Prioritized, and Initiate Solutions.
• MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, and Publisher
• Bilingual is a plus (Chinese Mandarin or Spanish preferred)

Job Description:

• Prepare training content for quarterly product release. This training material includes but is not limited to: recording online tutorials, and posting online release notes.
• Utilize support system to assist customers with software issues, system malfunctions, or improvement.
• Direct customers to appropriate online knowledge base for troubleshooting procedures and system functional instructions.
• Maintain communications and updates with internal QA team to resolve customer issues.
• Use internal systems and procedures to effectively convey customer concerns and request for system feature upgrades.
• Conducting external and internal software training. Hosting live online training sessions.
• Help product management prioritize each quarterly release scope and define product road map based on analyzed customer feedback and inbound ZENDESK tickets.
• Develop and conduct internal product training for new employees.
• Collaborate with product management to define, execute and monitor our SLA (Service Level Agreement) commitment to our customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
