McRory Pediatric Services Inc Hiring for Recruiter/HR Assistant Full Time

The HR Assistant will support team members at both McRory Pediatrics locations, in Tarzana and Valencia, including recruitment efforts, and administrative and clerical functions of the department as needed and directed.

Job Duties:

• Recruit, interview, and select job applicants that will meet position qualifications
• Educate job applicants on details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions or promotion opportunities
• Manage and coordinate onboarding process
• Maintain job postings on all platform
• Maintain relationships with local universities
• Attend Career Fairs
• Assist candidate with the new hire process and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and schedule and complete livescan
• Collect documents and update employee’s credentials on Code Metro
• Create and assist employee’s with badges
• Assist with employee questions and problems promptly and courteously.
• Ensure that human resources files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements, company policies and procedures.
• Obtain and convey sensitive information as needed
• Maintain and protect the Company’s best interest and professional reputation at all times
• Complete miscellaneous research, s and memos as requested.
• Filing, scanning, faxing; organizing and maintaining employee and department files

Requirements

• College Degree preferred but not required
• 1 year of recruitment experience preferred
• 1-3 years as a Human Resources Assistant, HR Coordinator or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills, time management, prioritization and attention to detail skills
• Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour.
