To keep up with the fast paced evolution of our organisation, our People and Culture team is expanding and we are seeking an experienced, motivated and passionate Talent Specialist to join us in providing support for all recruitment and attraction across our organisation.

The Talent Acquisition Lead is a newly created position and reports to the Director People & Culture. Some responsibilities of the role are:

• Managing the full candidate journey and ensuring that the candidate has a positive experience;
• Help drive the workforce strategy;
• Lead the full employee life cycle, from attracting candidates, talent sourcing to interview and hiring a skilled workforce.

The successful candidate will be based in either QLD or NSW and pending location will be flexible to work from home or from one of our hubs across each state. To be considered in this role, you will have to be able to have flexibility to travel both locally and interstate and visit our residential facilities and offices located in NSW and QLD.

The successful applicant will have:

• Minimum 5 years experience in high volume recruiting roles
• Experience in developing competency based assessments
• Strong knowledge of various sourcing strategies
• Ability to generate a candidate pool that is active
• Experience in developing and delivering assessment centres
• Exposure to overseas sourcing of candidates
• Analytical and critical thinking capability.
• Proven ability to successfully build and maintain effective relationships at all levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
