McLaughlin & Harvey are one of the leading Building and Civil Engineering Contractors operating throughout the UK and Ireland.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator to join the team.

In this role you will deliver first class administrative and systems support in relation to the full recruitment process and employee life-cycle adhering to company policies, processes and procedures.
You will work collaboratively and flexibly to deliver a high-quality HR service. Providing general support to the HR department. This will include providing first line support, dealing with queries and resolving issues by providing clear advice and guidance.

Some key responsibilities will include;

• Supporting recruiting managers throughout the recruitment process and helping to identify and attract talent to our business.
• Daily analysing of CV’s and creating talent pools.
• Liaising with management to identify recruitment needs.
• Browsing social networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable profiles with required skills.
• Ensuring the smooth-running of the people management processes including, new starts, leavers, role changes, performance reviews and absence cases through our HR systems.
• Timely and accurate maintenance of HR information both electronic and hardcopy records and providing reports as requested.
• Appropriate and constructive support for employee queries as the first point of contact.
• Collation and preparation of all payroll information relating to employees ensuring it is processed in a timely manner.
