Summary:

Manages the Dealership F&I Department while ensuring standards, budgets, and compliance requirements are upheld.

Primary Tasks:

• Oversees F&I Managers to ensure proper training, compliance, and efficiency.
• Assists F&I Managers developing their skills to improve PVR performance.
• Consistently monitor, update, and report on CIT.
• Works to resolve any CIT issues expeditiously.
• Monitors Department penetration rates with regard to finance and products.
• Assists the Desk with obtaining approvals for deals.
• Ensures all processes and paperwork are compliant and efficient.
• Manage relationships with lenders as well as Department vendors.
• Ensure proper customer experience and maintain excellent manufacture CSI.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in Automotive F&I.
• Strongly prefer previous Finance Director experience.
• Maintain company standards with regard to PVR profits and product penetrations.

Pay: $250,000.00 – $450,000.00 per year
