The Opportunity with McKinstry

We are adding a Business Operations Specialist to our growing Seattle Construction division . In this role, you will have the opportunity to positively impact our Construction business by supporting our teams and continually thinking of ways to improve processes. You will manage administrative project workflow, provide financial support and ing to leadership and find different solutions to make the process smoother for our Construction teams.

As our business is growing, we need someone who is highly organized, has good follow-through skills and likes to come up with creative solutions to support our teams on projects across the region. You will tap into your creativity in creating internal publications, schedule, lead, and coordinate meetings and events, and work with internal stakeholders to oversee and help maintain operating expenses. Additionally, you’ll support the sales team, our new customer feedback process system, and other financial and project deliverables within required deadlines.

What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry

• Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, accounting, or other professional services industry welcomed
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and prioritize work
• Comfortable with data analysis, data gathering, finance, and business performance requirements from a cost, revenue, and margin perspective preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
• Experience working in SharePoint preferred.

The pay range for this position is $40,144 – $67,600 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
