About The Role
Working as a Recruitment Specialist at McKesson UK means you will play a key role in attracting and securing the best talent for our business, enabling us to deliver better health to our patients across the country. This is a great opportunity to join our large, high performing talent acquisition team.
Your role will be to manage the end to end candidate journey for your allocated area. Working to SLA’s and KPI’s, you proactively source suitable candidates, you will deliver quality shortlists and a world class recruitment experience. Utilising a variety of sourcing methods including CV databases, LinkedIn and our ATS, you’ll be promoting McKesson UK as an employer of choice.

About You
We’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual who thrives on working in fast-paced environments and has previous experience within either agency or in-house. You’ll need to have excellent communication skills, be process-driven, and have strong negotiation and influencing skills.
The ideal candidate will have good understanding of attraction and selection methodology and understanding the end to end candidate journey. Previous experience of utilising an Applicant Tracking System/ CRM and conducting Boolean searches is also desirable
