Working as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at McKesson UK means you will play a key role in attracting quality talent and delivering a world class recruitment experience, enabling us to deliver better health to our patients across the country. The team make up part of the HR Function with over 100 colleagues, all striving to deliver exceptional service to our customers and deliver the HR Strategy.
Your role will be to work closely with the direct sourcing, recruitment delivery and HR Shared Service teams, playing an instrumental role in delivering a customer focused experience to all our candidates and hiring managers.
You will be accountable for managing the end to end recruitment administration tasks and be the face of talent acquisition function to all first line queries. You’ll carry out interview scheduling and candidate pre-boarding activity whilst working to key SLA’s and KPI’s so that organisation and time management is delivered successfully across the work you complete.
This role will give you exposure to the end to end recruitment process and is a fantastic entry role for someone looking to progress their career within a talent acquisition and HR function.
