As a Senior Employee Relations Specialist here at McKesson UK, your role will be split between end to end case management and leading on the identification and development of projects including organisational design, standardisation of policies and processes and the training to support and upskill managers in the field of employee relations. Reporting to the ER Team Leader and working alongside a dedicated and high performing team, you will be required to support managers across the business with complex case management and you will work to resolve with commercial solutions. About You
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in an employee relations role within a fast-paced, complex environment with an in-depth understanding and application of UK employment legislation. Management of the end-to-end employment tribunal process is required. With proven experience of process improvement and driving commercial solutions, you will demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and apply sound judgement. In addition, you will be data savvy with the ability to spot trends and conduct analysis, experience in the use of Power BI is desirable. Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified or have a relevant qualification in Employment Law.
