Position
We are hiring a Project Manager within the North American MDM and Corporate Vendor Payments Strategic Initiatives team.
Summary
The Project Manager is a part of the Project Management and Operations Support team ing to the Sr. Manager, MDM & CAP Initiatives.
In this role, the project manager will manage projects focused on automation, transformations, process improvements, and operations support projects for the Master Data Management and Vendor Payments departments. The project manager will be responsible for creating and executing project plans from initiation to closing stages leveraging PMBOK best practices, participating in the generation and execution of stakeholder engagement and communication plans, analyzing existing business processes and driving process improvements, and leveraging leadership and influencing skills in a matrix organization and across multiple functional units. Experience should include driving all aspects of multiple projects and managing communications and expectations with the operations team, stakeholders, and senior leadership. A background in business process analysis, change management and process improvement is beneficial. This position requires a collaborative and results-focused person with excellent communication and administrative skills.
