McKesson Corporation Hiring for Customer Service Representative (CSR) Full Time/Part Time (Remote) $30HR at New York City, New York Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION: Our employees will compare two invoices to make sure that the medical providers are being paid correctly. Very light phone conversation with the insurance company and medical providers.

 

PAY: $40.00/hour plus monthly bonus opportunities.

 

HOURS: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday between 8:00am – 5:00pm).

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Prior customer service/collections experience (call center experience is a plus) Excellent verbal communication skills Must be self-motivated The ability to problem solve creatively Must be proficient in time management Negotiation skills Strong desire to achieve goals Basic computer knowledge/skills Ability and openness to work with a diverse customer base Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen
