Job Description:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the innovation, organization, and performance of all marketing strategies. This role requires a high level of experience and understanding across all marketing functions. The ideal candidate should be an A-team player with an exceptionally sharp business acumen to exceed goals.

Duties:

• Develop and send newsletter to email list
• Create announcements to be shared via email or posted on social media about new projects, project completions, and exciting events happening within the organization
• Create relevant blog posts for the company website

• Expand and update company website copy
• Leverage HubSpot for effective customer service and customer retention

• Initiate beta testing of new initiatives, validate performance, and establish standard operating procedures
• Able to recommend key investments and innovations necessary within marketing services to maintain a competitive advantage against competitors
• Understand current and emerging trends in digital marketing, mobile marketing, and automation
• Understand digital, traditional, social media, and strategic marketing opportunities
• Understand critical marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to measure performance
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time while maintaining razor-sharp attention to detail

Requirements:

• Must have US Work Authorization. Sponsorship is NOT available for this position
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related area of study, or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of work experience in marketing, sales, and management
• Substantial experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
