Provision of recruitment support including scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates and agencies
Gathering candidate and hiring manager feedback ensuring candidates are updated on the status of their application
Ensuring that line managers and candidates have all relevant information in advance of interviews
Ensuring the applicant tracking system is maintained and updated ensuring all roles and candidates are managed appropriately through the system
Managing and administering all assessments both on-line and face to face
Conduct initial stage interviews with candidates for more junior processes
Creating and generating all HR MI and analytics around talent acquisition
Key skills include:
Previous experience of working in a recruiting or human resources support role preferably within financial services
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, excel and Outlook)
Experience of working with applicant tracking systems managing and maintaining all information
Ability to handle large volumes of varied tasks/data in a fast-paced complex environment
Ability to deliver with accuracy and speed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
