Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Do you possess experience in HR and would like to develop your HR career further?
Our client, a global financial organisation in London, are now seeking a new HR Associate to join their team.
The ideal candidate should ideally possess experience working within Financial Services or Consulting and possess a good understanding of HR Administration and operations, including reporting, payroll administration.
Duties:
Assists with day-to-day HR operations (ie payroll, benefits and HR administration)
Assists the department with the development and delivery of HR policies and procedures
Acts as supporting HR contact for designated client group
Undertakes ad-hoc project work where applicable e.g. process improvement
Assists the Head of HR as required
Requirements
Proven HR experience minimum 2-5 years within Finance or Professional Services
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Keen eye for detail
Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Advanced Excel skills are desirable
Experience with complex data analysis
HR systems
Advising and working with senior stakeholders
Strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of a business
Driven and determined
Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly
