We are urgently recruiting a People & Culture Advisor to join an Oil&Gas Company in Sunbury on a contract basis until October.

Duties

Develops a deep understanding of P&C and focuses on driving and delivering organizational change initiatives as appropriate

Delivers people & culture advisory support to leaders and facilitate resolution of everyday queries and coaching to drive engagement, pre-empting, and resolving employee relations (ER) cases and ensuring that diversity and inclusion are a foundation of the people plan and supported throughout all people management activity.

Requirements

Experience as a HR Advisor.

Experience managing mid-complex ER related matters.

Strong interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail.

Excellent stakeholder management skills.

International experience.

Ability to provide coaching and guidance.
