This role will play a key part in the EMEA Compensations Operation team, providing analysis, execution & planning across the EMEA regions.
Duties include:
Help operationalise the design and modelling of new regulation requirements and help with the technological system infrastructure changes to support the next year-end incentive process.
Extensive analytics and modelling, partnering with colleagues in the EMEA compensation team and across colleagues in compensation operations in other regions and become a strong user of the compensation system providing support for end users.
Requirements:
Excellent understanding of HR & compensation practices
Advanced Excel skills, including strong skills with pivot tables.
High attention to detail
Excellent data analysis skills. Analytical mindset.
Advanced skills on Workday preferable.
