McGrath Family of Dealerships Hiring for Vehicle Administrative Assistant Full Time

McGrath Family of Dealerships has an immediate need for a Vehicle Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Review post vehicle sales paperwork for completeness.
• Check writing responsibilities for payoffs and customer DMV transactions.
• Balance and post daily sales deposits.
• Process customer in and out of state title work.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary and succeed in meeting timelines under pressure.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and multi-task.
• Self-motivated and excellent time management skills.
• Team player a must!
