Responsibilities:

• Process journal entries, check preparation, account reconciliation.
• Process various warranty products and product cancellations.
• Assist with daily deposits.
• Assist with EOM s, 8300 s and submissions.
• Other miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry.
• Familiarity with office procedures such as; filing, scanning, etc.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detaill.
• Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions.
• Self-motivated and excellent time management skills.
• Team player a must!
